When a property is placed on MLS by an agent, that same listing is advertised on many websites. You can use Realtor.com, Zillow or another website for your search.
Off-Market properties are not on MLS or real estate websites. We have a database that collects Off-Market properties. Please complete the time to talk on the schedule and provide me the purpose of the property, type of property, location and timeframe then we will go over your goals when we meet.

There are many different types of loans available. Best case, a HELOC or Traditional Cash-Out Loan works best. If the credit is below average then maybe a Hard Money loan for the repairs then sell or refinance at a later date.
DSCR loans traditionally requires a rent / payment ratio on average of 1.20%. States with high taxes, insurance or both can make it challenging to get the percentage above 120%.
